Michaela is a physical actor, aerialist, and director whose career spans the Royal Albert Hall, the West End, and Broadway. As a director, she has led and shaped multiple large-scale ensemble productions for the degree programme at the National Centre for Circus Arts, where she also served as Year Manager for ten years and Course Manager for the BA programme.

Her extensive performance experience includes work with Cirque du Soleil, Dragone, Cameron Mackintosh, and the London 2012 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony. Michaela specialises in highly physical, ensemble-led circus and performance practice, and has collaborated with companies such as David Glass Ensemble and Secret Cinema.

Sean is a performer and director in circus and theatre, with a career spanning international stages and large-scale productions. He continues to develop and perform work for Cirque du Soleil and was an original cast member and comedy creator for Franco Dragone’s iconic Le Rêve in Las Vegas.

As a director, Sean’s work includes Underbelly’s summer headline show at Southbank, the National Romanian Circus’ national tour, a co-commission by London Mime and Vamos Theatre, and numerous projects as Associate Director for Secret Cinema. He specialises in creating highly physical, ensemble-driven performances that blend circus, theatre, and immersive storytelling.

Carina Simões is a London-based Producer from Portugal, passionate about circus, physical theatre and dance. After completing an MA in Creative Producing at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, she started her professional career at Cervantes Theatre before joining Turtle Key Arts, where she produced Ockham’s Razor, Sadiq Ali Company, Amici Dance Theatre, and Open Sky. She now works as a freelance Producer for companies such as Ockham’s Razor, Levantes Dance Theatre, and Kook Ensemble.
